• - Account details such as email address and authentication provider.
• - Career materials you upload or paste, including CV text, job descriptions, generated reports, and application drafts.
• - Product usage data needed for quotas, subscriptions, security, debugging, and service improvement.
• - Billing records from Stripe, such as subscription status and customer identifiers. JobPop does not store full card numbers.

JobPop uses your data to parse CVs, evaluate job fit, generate application materials, manage your account, enforce free usage limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability. JobPop does not sell, rent, or use your personal data for unrelated purposes.

JobPop applies appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. Where trusted service providers are used to operate the product, they process information only as necessary to provide the service and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

You can delete your account from settings when available, or request deletion through support. Deleting an account removes the user profile and owned product data from JobPop's database, except records that must be kept for security, billing, or legal reasons.
